The Batman's Gotham

The Batman's Gotham is a set of interconnected films and television series, set in the world established in the feature film The Batman. In 2023 DC Studios officially announced that these projects fall under the DC Elseworlds brand.

So far, the property consists of two theatrical feature films: The Batman and its announced sequel The Batman 2.

It also consists of two proposed Max streaming series: The Penguin and the untitled Arkham series. There was also discussion of a third HBO Max project focusing on the Gotham police, set in a time before the film, but that project has stalled.

All projects are produced and overseen by filmmaker Matt Reeves who directed, co-wrote and produced The Batman.
