DC's Stargirl Cancelled by The CW
The currently-running third season of DC's Stargirl will be the last, according to a report from Deadline.
The new owners of The CW have been clearing the decks of late. DC's Legends of Tomorrow and Batwoman were axed earlier in the summer, prior to the close of the acquisition by Nexstar Media Group. Other shows, like The Flash and Riverdale are headed into their final seasons next year.
Word is that the creative staff were informed early, so as to craft a series ending for the season, which airs its last episode December 7.
