Deadpool, Avengers Shift in Marvel's Revised Release Calendar
The Hollywood Reporter has the scoop on the Marvel Studios release date dominos that have fallen fallen following word that Blade is pausing pre-production work.
Blade is now delayed 10 months, moving from November of 2023 to September 6, 2024.
The September date was just assigned to Deadpool 3 a few weeks ago. That movie is now coming November 8, 2024.
Of course, that displaces Fantastic Four, which is now rescheduled for February 14, 2025.
Finally Avengers: Secret Wars is kicked from November 7, 2025 to May 1 of 2026.

Millenium Media has released the first image from the upcoming Red Sonja film.
The image reveals star Matilda Lutz, sword slung over her armored shoulder.
The film is currently in production in Bulgaria. Other cast members include Wallis Day (Krypton), Robert Sheehan (The Umbrella Academy), Martyn Ford, Eliza Matengu, Manal El-Feitury and Katrina Durden.
Blade Shuts Down
A few weeks back it was reported that director Bassam Tariq was exiting Marvel Studios' long-hyped Blade reboot, which was set to start production on November.
Now, Deadline reports that Marvel has issued a temporary shut-down order to crew members in Atlanta.
Marvel has yet to name a new director for the project, which is currently scheduled to hit theaters November of next year. Speculation is that this latest delay, means the release date will likely change as well.
Trill League Coming to BET+
Deadline reports that BET+ has acquired the animated series Trill League based on the creator own comics of Anthony Piper.
Piper is writing the series with Leann Bowen (Ted Lasso). The pair are also executive producers with Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson, who is producing under his G-Unit Film & Television banner.
3 Arts Entertainment and Lionsgate Television are also producing.
According to the Kickstarter for the comic book, "Trill League is a hilarious parody combining the world of superheroes, anime and hip-hop culture."
Black Panther: Wakanda Forever | A Dozen Character Posters
The social campaign has dropped a slew of new posters for characters featured in the upcoming Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.
The new images feature cast members Letitia Wright, Angela Bassett, Tenoch Huerta, Danai Gurira, Lupita Nyong'o, Winston Duke, Dominique Thorne, Alex Livinalli, Michaela Coel, Florence Kasumba, Mabel Cadena and Martin Freeman.
See the movie in theaters November 11.
Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur Gets Season 2 Order
We're still waiting on season one to arrive, but Disney Channel has reportedly ordered a second season of Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The news comes from New York Comic-Con where the voice cast and producers gave a presentation on the new series.
Season one arrives February 10.
