Loki 2 Filming This Summer
A notice on the Backstage casting site sheds some light on Marvel Studios' plans for season two of Loki. While alerting its readers to casting opportunities on the show, the site states, "shooting begins this summer at Pinewood." Pinewood is a reference to Pinewood Studios outside of London in the UK. Season one ended on a cliffhanger leaving room for principals Tom Hiddleston, Sophia Di Martino, Owen Wilson, Gugu Mbatha-Raw and Wunmi Mosaku to return. The casting blurb does not contain any information about new characters being cast.
The Batman Drops 4 Character Posters
The social campaign for The Batman has published a four new character character posters. First we have Robert Pattinson as our lead character, in full costume. Then we have Zoe Kravitz in Catwoman garb. The third features Paul Dano as the Riddler in his full gimp mask. Finally, there's an image of Colin Farrell as Penguin. All bear the scrawled caption, "Unmask the Truth," while the non-Riddler images have the question mark painted over the image. The film arrives in theaters March 4.
Titans 4 Casts Brother Blood, Mother Mayhem, Jinx
The cast of the HBO Max series Titans has acquired a trio of antagonists for season four. A casting story that seems to have been broken by TheIlluminerdi.com and then confirmed by the mainstream outlets like Deadline, has actor Joseph Morgan (The Originals) playing Trigon-worshipping cult leader Brother Blood. Also on board is Franka Potente (Taboo) as fellow cult matriarch Mother Mayhem. Finally, Lisa Ambalavanar (The A List) has been cast as the magic-wielding Jinx, member of the H.I.V.E. academy which, at times in the comics, is under Blood's control.
