Hawkeye Ranks #2 in Third Week
The Nielsen streaming ratings have been published for the week of December 6 through 12th. For the third week in a row, the top comic-based performer is Marvel Studios' Hawkeye. The Disney+ series attracted 527 million minute of viewers across its four episodes in the week that re-introduced Florence Pugh's Yelena Belova into the story. That's a loss of about 6% of its audience. However, the show ranked #2 on the Original programming chart, which is a bump up from #3 last week. It was also enough to hold onto the #6 spot on the Overall chart.
Also still drawing eyeballs is Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings on Disney+. The movie enjoyed 233 million minutes of viewership. That's a reduction of 15% of attention, but enough to hold the #5 spot on the Movies chart.
