It will be a busy (and expensive) week for fans of the comic book movies, as the MCU invades the 4KUHD space. Here's our round-up of C2Fs arriving the week of September 29, 2019.
September 29
Marvel's Spider-Man - season 2, episode 17, "A Troubled Mind" airs on Disney XD. Superior Spider-Man is confronted by the Avengers who suspect that he is not who he claims to be.
Fear the Walking Dead - season 5, episode 16, "End of the Line" airs on AMC. The season concludes as Morgan, facing an unknown future, leads the group on a mission while Al puts the pieces together. Meanwhile John and June make a promise.
Preacher - season 5, episode 10, "End of the World" airs on AMC. The outrageous, audacious series reaches its finale: The curtain falls on the Apocalypse Revue as the fate of the world is decided and the long journey of a preacher and his friends comes to an end.
September 30
Ghost World - available on Amazon Prime. This Oscar-nominated adaptation of Dan Clowes' comic book is also an early work of fan-fave Scarlett Johansson.
Gotham - season 5 arrives on Netflix. The city is a No Man's Land, annexed off from the outside world, leaving a patchwork coalition of Gordon, Wayne, Penguin, Riddler and Barbara Kane to defend the city from Bane.
October 1
Ant-Man - available on 4K Ultra HD. A lesser Marvel movie, perhaps. Or perhaps its your favorite. Either way you can own the 4K Ultra HD version.
Doctor Strange - available on 4K Ultra HD. Benedict Cumberbatch's turn as the Master of the Mystic arts begins here.
Guardians of the Galaxy - available on 4K Ultra HD. Like the legendary Footloose, this one dances into video stores this week.
Spider-Man: Far From Home - available on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-Ray and DVD. You saw it in theaters. You saw it again in theaters. You saw it on digital streaming services. Now you can own it.
The Death and Return of Superman - Available on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-Ray and Digital. This gift set collects the recent DC Universe animated movies: The Death of Superman and Reign of the Supermen. It also comes with a Steel figurine!
Doom Patrol - season 1 arrives on Blu-Ray and DVD. DC Universe's trippy adaptation of one of comics' most bizarre superhero teams. If you missed on streaming here's your chance to watch.

October 2
Stumptown - season 1, episode 2, "Missed Connections" airs on ABC. Dex is hired by a wealthy man to search for a woman whom he recently met, but she quickly learns that the task is not as simple as it seems. Meanwhile, Dex and Grey’s history unfolds.
October 4
Titans - season 2, episode 5, "Deathstroke" airs on DC Universe. Slade Wilson has vowed to kill every last Titan. Let's see if he ends the season early.
Joker - This is it! One of the most buzzed-about, anticipated comic based movies of all time. Cinematic masterpiece? Affront to comic fans? Acting tour de force? Instigator of violence? Oscar worthy? We find out this week as director Todd Phillips and Joaquin Phoenix drag us all into the darkest corners of the DC Universe.
October 5
Wonder Woman: Bloodlines - available on digital download services. Rosario Dawson leads a voice cast that puts a modern spin on Wonder Woman's origin story in this animated feature film.
