The Boys Spinoff Is A Go
Deadline reports that Amazon Studios is full steam ahead on the Untitled Spinoff of The Boys. The studio has ordered the show to series with Michele Fazekas and Tara Butters (both of Agent Carter) serving as showrunners. The series is set on a Vought Industries college campus for young super humans.
Alex Borstein Joins Cast of Resident Alien
The cast of SYFY's hit series Resident Alien has a new addition for season two. Actor Alex Borstein (The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel) plays the newest resident of Patience Colorado. The announcement was made via the video message below on social media. Filming on season two started in August. The network has not yet announced a release date.
Marvel Studios' What If...? | Infinite Ultron Poster
The social campaign for Marvel Studios' What If...? has released a new poster. The poster announces this week's episode, but features a character who first appeared in last week's episode. Depicted is a character we're going to call, "Infinite Ultron." This is an updated Ultron which has Vision's face and wears the five infinity stones on his chest. Based on the trailers, we're guessing the character ushers in a multiversal threat which brings together all the twisted concepts introduced by the series so far. Watch the penultimate episode Wednesday, September 29 on Disney+.
