Spawn (Film)

Spawn is planned live-action feature film based on the comics of the same name created by Todd McFarlane.

Blumhouse Productions is developing the reboot with plans for McFarlane to direct. 

Brian Tucker (Broken City) had written an earlier draft of the script. An October 2022 report saw Scott Silver (Joker), Malcolm Spellman (Captain America: New World Order) and Matthew Mixon hired to write the movie.

Jason Blum is producing for Blumhouse along with McFarlane. Carla Hacken is also producing.

Jamie Foxx is confirmed to be attached to star. Jeremy Renner is also tentatively attached.
