Variety reports that the production of Extraction 2 is ramping up, with plans to film in Prague. The location represents a shift in plans for the Chris Hemsworth sequel. The crew had been prepping for filming in New South Wales, Australia when Netflix informed of the change. Differing sources are saying the move is about the draconian pandemic lockdown measures the country has recently enacted, while others are claiming it is just about accommodating the star's busy schedule. The film is written by Joe Russo, who is producing with brother Anthony Russo under their AGBO production company.
Venom 2 Gets New Poster
The social campaign for Venom: Let There Be Carnage has unveiled another new poster. This one is more of a traditional "cast head" composition, with the twin creatures at the top, framing actors Tom Hardy, Woody Harrelson, Michelle Williams and Naomie Harris. The poster also carries the release date of October 15, which may counter recent rumors that the movie is being pushed to next year.
