The social campaign for The Boys has published a hot new photo from season three of the series. It's a shot of actor Laurie Holden in full costume as the Crimson Countess. Season three introduces the b-list supes team Payback. In the same way The Seven are analogues for the Justice League, Payback is a surrogate for The Avengers. Jensen Ackles is playing the Captain America figure Soldier Boy. Holden's Crimson Countess is essentially Scarlet Witch. The new season of the Prime Video series does not yet have a release date.
Superman & Lois, Naomi Get January Dates
The CW has announced its 2022 line-up, including many of its comic-based shows.
Superman And Lois kicks off its second season on Tuesday, January 11. It'll be paired with the new DC-based series Naomi which airs at 9pm.
The next day, January 12, Batwoman and DC's Legends Of Tomorrow return from mid-season break in their usual time slots.
Riverdale, which stats its sixth season in a couple of weeks on a Tuesday, will return from the midseason break on March 6th, taking its new Sunday night slot.
The Flash which debuts season eight in a few weeks, on the same Tuesday, will return from Midseason on March 9, which is a Wednesday.
