Daily Blast: Locke & Key Hits Streaming Top 10 and Other Stories

Locke & Key Hits Streaming Top 10

The new streaming numbers from the Nielsen Ratings Service for the week of October 18 through 24 have three winners in the comics-to-film sphere.

The top performer in our area of interest is Locke & Key, which saw its second season released during the window. With 20 episodes available, the Netflix series unlocked 637 million minutes of viewership. Those numbers make it #4 on the Original Programming chart, and #6 on the overall streaming ratings chart.

Riverdale saw its fifth season arrive on Netflix, giving it a spot on the Acquired Programming chart. The series enjoyed 359 million minutes of eyeball time across its 96 episodes. That's enough to make it #10 on the acquired chart.

Finally, Marvel Studios' Black Widow continues to top the Movies chart. The film, streaming on Disney+, rang up 269 million minutes of viewership. That's a 39% drop from the previous week, but still good enough to rank #1 in streaming movies.
