The Sandman | Lucienne Poster
The social campaign for The Sandman has issued another new piece of key art as part of the countdown to the next week's debut. This time we have actor Vivienne Acheampong as Lucienne. The character (gender-swapped from Lucien in the comics) is the Morpheus' librarian in the realm of The Dreaming. Watch the new series August 5 on Netflix.
Bat-Fleck Returns for Aquaman 2
It looks like Ben Affleck is inhabiting the role of Batman in a movie to be release very soon. Actor Jason Momoa, star of Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom posted an image on social media with himself and the Batman actor.
The Instagram post suggests that Bruce Wayne is appearing in the upcoming film, with the vaguely-worded caption, "REUNITED bruce and arthur. love u and miss u Ben WB Studio tours just exploded the backlot alright. busted on set all great things coming AQUAMAN 2 all my aloha j." (all sic, all emphasis his).
Now, there's a lot of room for interpretation in Momoa's message, but if you click through all the components of the post, the third slide is a video of the WB Studio Tours bus interacting with Momoa, apparently after the tourists spotted Affleck and blew the secret appearance.
Outlets like Deadline have have also confirmed with Warner Bros. that Affleck is, indeed, reprising the role for the film. The movie is due out March 17.
