Hit-Monkey Gets Season 2 Contract
One of the last Marvel few offerings that's not coming from Marvel Studios is getting an extended run, according to a report on Deadline.
The edgy, animated series Hit-Monkey has been re-upped for a second season by Hulu.
Season one of the series pitted the titular snow howler with the ghost of an American assassin against Madame Bullseye and the Yakuza. Season two takes the pair to New York City.
The returning cast includes Jason Sudeikis, Olivia Munn, Fred Tatasciore and Ally Maki. Leslie Jones (Ghostbusters) is also joining in an unspecified role.
