Shang-Chi Adds Dolby Poster
The publicity press for Marvel Studios' Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings already has a plethora of posters, but now Dolby Cinema adds a new one to the mix. The dark image features an ominous Tony Chiu-Wai Leung wearing his ten rings of power, hovering over star Simu Liu who is flanked by Awkwafina and Meng'er Zhang. The film opens in theaters September 3.
Amazon's Paper Girls Adds Producer
Although the series is underway, Amazon Prime Video's adaptation of Paper Girls has a new producer. Variety reports that Steven Prinz, who most recently was a global series executive for Amazon Studios, is now a producer on the show. The movie is part of a first-look deal that he signed with the streamer. Paper Girls saw a talent shakeup when Stephany Folsom, who had developed the series and was serving as co-showrunner, abruptly exited the project at the top of the month.
Lucifer 6 Drops Character Posters
The social campaign for Lucifer on Netflix has published seven new character posters for the upcoming final season. Featured are Tom Ellis, Lauren German, Lesley-Ann Brandt, D.B. Woodside, Kevin Alejandro, Rachael Harris and Aimee Garcia. The new season drops September 10.
