Captain America 4 is NOT Filming Soon
In spite of what Extra TV reported yesterday, filming on Captain America 4 is not happening, "in a few weeks." Comicbook.com followed up on the report with "sources at Disney," whos confirmed that the movie is not happening on that timetable.
As we noted in our original report, actor Anthony Mackie is unspecific in the video interview exchange which generated widespread reports of the Cap sequel. Comicbook.com has sorted out that the project he's referring to is actually the Twisted Metal TV series he's starring in, and not Captain America 4. Extra TV called out the Marvel movie in their video headline, thus creating the initial confusion. Sam Wilson fans will have to stand by, for now.
