Marvel's Spider-Man - season 2, episode 19, "Cloak & Dagger" airs on Disney XD. Aubrey Joseph and Oliva Holt cross over from live-action to animation as they bring their Cloak & Dagger into conflict with the Superior Spider-Man.
Supergirl - season 5, episode 1, "Event Horizon" airs on The CW. Kara (Melissa Benoist) is surprised to find that CatCo has a new owner who has brought in a star reporter. New couples emerge and explore their budding relationships while J'onn J'onzz (David Harewood) receives an unexpected visitor.
Batwoman - season 1, episode 1, airs on The CW. Kate Kane returns to Gotham when a gang targets her father and her ex-girlfriend Sophie Moore.
The Walking Dead - season 10, episode 1, "Lines We Cross" airs on AMC. The group in Oceanside continues to train in case the Whisperers return; tensions are high as the heroes struggle to hold onto their concept of civilization.
October 7
Black Lightning - season 3, episode 1, "The Book of Occupation: Chapter One: Birth of Blackbird" airs on The CW. We find Jefferson Pierce (Cress Williams) like never before, in the hands of the ASA with his wife Lynn (Christine Adams) as Agent Odell (guest star Bill Duke) tightens his grip on the Pierce family, leaving Jennifer (China Ann McClain) abandoned and Freeland without Black Lightning and Thunder. But Anissa (Nafessa Williams) secretly defies Odell in her alter ego as Blackbird with the able tactical and technical support of Gambi (James Remar). Marvin Jones III and Damon Gupton also star.
October 8
The Flash - season 6, episode 1, "Into the Void" airs on The CW. While Barry (Grant Gustin) and Iris (Candice Patton) deal with the heartbreaking loss of their daughter, Nora, the team faces their greatest threat yet -- one that threatens to destroy all of Central City. Meanwhile, Killer Frost (Danielle Panabaker) has a brush with death that results in an unexpected new dynamic that will change her relationship with Caitlin forever
October 9
Stumptown - season 1, episode 3, "Rip City Dicks" airs on ABC. In hopes of becoming a certified private investigator, Dex seeks mentorship from veteran PI Artie Banks. Meanwhile, Hoffman grows suspicious of Grey after evidence proves that he has a connection to a victim in his case.
Riverdale - season 4, episode 1, "Chapter Fifty-Eight: In Memorium" airs on The CW. As the residence of Riverdale prepare for its upcoming Independence Day parade, Archie (KJ Apa) receives a phone call that will change the rest of his life forever. Lili Reinhart, Camila Mendes, Cole Sprouse, Madelaine Petsch, Marisol Nichols, Madchen Amick, Mark Consuelos, Skeet Ulrich, Casey Cott, Charles Melton and Vanessa Morgan also star.
October 11
Titans - season 2, episode 6, "Conner" airs on DC Universe. This episode likely puts the spotlight on Conner Kent, aka Superboy, played by Joshua Orpin.
The Addams Family - theatrical release. The all-new, CG-animated adaptation of Charles Addams' classic, macabre comic strip arrives in theaters.
