Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2014 Film Series)
The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2014 film series is a set of two films consisting of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out Of The Shadows. Produced by Michael Bay for Paramount Pictures, the films had plenty of VFX-infused action but lacked the subversive wit of the comics and earlier adaptations. After underperforming at the box office, this version of the Ninja Turtles was quickly retired. There is a third film in development from the same producers which may or may not be a continuation of this series.
