The official twitter account for the Joker movie revealed that the blockbuster film's home entertainment release dates are just around the corner.
The movie gets a digital release on December 17. This means you'll be able to purchase a digital copy from Amazon Prime, Google Play, YouTube, Vudu, Movies Anywhere, Fandango Now, Apple TV and Microsoft.
Then, the movie sees its way onto 4k Ultra HD, Blu-Ray and DVD January 7. There's not a lot of info on what to expect from the disc release. The Amazon ordering does tout special features like: "Becoming Joker", "Joker: A Chronicle of Chaos", "Please Welcome...Joker!" and "Joker: Vision & Fury". Target is advertising some exclusive packaging. The Best Buy site shows a 4K Ultra HD SteelBook edition available on the same day.

Zazie Beetz, Frances Conroy, Robert De Niro, Marc Maron, Glenn Fleshler, Shea Wigham, Brett Cullen, Douglas Hodge and Josh Pais also star.
Todd Phillips directed the movie from a script he co-wrote with Scott Silver. The film is produced by Phillips and Oscar nominee Bradley Cooper under their Joint Effort banner, along with Emma Tillinger Koskoff. It is executive produced by Michael E. Uslan, Walter Hamada, Aaron L. Gilbert, Joseph Garner, Richard Baratta, and Bruce Berman.
The movie was a massive critical and box office success. It garnered numerous awards including the Oscar for best actor for Phoenix. Phillips has insisted the movie is a stand-alone effort, but given its success there are always rumors of sequels.
