Dead Man's Hand

Dead Man's Hand is the Grindstone Entertainment Group live-action feature film based on the Source Point Press graphic novel No Rest For The Wicked: Dead Man's Hand created by Kevin MinorMatthew Minor and Jake Minor.

Reno is a retired gunslinger whose new marriage has him vowing to holster his weapons for good, until a card-game gone wrong has him killing a man in self-defense. Now, the dead man's brother, the ruthless Mayor Bishop wants revenge and target's Reno's bride. The gunman has to team with Marshal Roy McCutcheon to free his wife, and himself, from Bishop's wrath.

Jack Kilmer (The Nice Guys) plays Reno. Stephen Dorff (Blade) fills the role of Bishop. Cole Hauser (Yellowstone) is on board as McCutcheon.

Brian Skiba (The 2nd Pursuit) directed the film from his own screenplay. 

Skiba also produced under his SkibaVision shingle. Laurie Love and Jim Burleson, with Alan B. Bursteen, Dawn Bursteen, Barry Brooker and Stan Wertlieb are also producers in various capacities.

The movie was filmed in 2022.
