Bloom County Series Gets Showrunner
Animation vet Tim Long is taking the role of showrunner on the new Bloom County animated series.
Deadline reports that Long, who has worked for decades as a writer and producer on The Simpsons, is co-writing the show with Berkeley Breathed, the comic strip's creator. The two are both executive producers.
The Crow Reboot Film Books Filming Locations
The Crow franchise is circling a production schedule in Prague and Munich, with virtual work being done at the new Penzig Studios in Germany, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The production will be the first at Penzig, which is set up on a former air force base 30 miles south of Munich.
The article also mentions that Danny Huston is set to appear in the film. Bill Skarsgard is starring as the avatar of vengeance, with FKA Twigs playing his doomed love interest.
