Ms. Marvel Series Gets Directors
Heat Vision reports that Marvel Studios has been busing filling out the roster of directors for the planned Ms. Marvel series for Disney+. Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah, who made waves earlier this year directing Bad Boys For Life, Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy, who has won Oscars for her documentary work, and Meera Menon, who has directed episodes of The Walking Dead, The Punisher and Titans, are all on board to direct episodes of the new series. Bisha K. Ali is the head writer on the show, focusing on the Kamala Khan version of the character.
Harley Quinn Gets Third Season on HBO Max
The hit animated TV series Harley Quinn is headed for a third season, according to a press release. However, the new season will not stream on DC Universe, where it originated, but rather on HBO Max. The news comes bundled with the news that DC Universe will be rebranded as DC Universe Infinite, which will care the comics content, but no longer video content. All previous DC Universe streaming content, which includes shows like Doom Patrol, Titans and Young Justice will transition to HBO Max.
