Superman & Lois Renewed for Season 2
The CW's freshman Arrowverse drama Superman & Lois has received a greenlight for season two, just ahead of the airing of its second episode tonight. The announcement was made today by Mark Pedowitz, Chairman and CEO, The CW Network via press release. Last week's series debut scored the CW its best numbers in over two years, while streaming of the premiere set an all-time single-day record for the network.
Thor 4 Adds Melissa McCarthy, Ben Falcone and Luke Hemsworth
A report from The Daily Mail, reveals that actors Melissa McCarthy, Ben Falcone and Luke Hemsworth, as well as Matt Damon, are on the set of Thor: Love and Thunder playing not-entirely-unexpected roles. McCarthy is seen is set photos sporting the ornate, green crown of Hela while Hemsworth is in Thor costume. They are engaged in what is clearly another Asgardian stage play like the one seen in Thor: Ragnarok, where Luke also played an Asgardian actor playing Thor. Damon, who we learned last January would be in the movie, is also in the photos. He is, of course, reprising that Ragnarok role of the Asgardian actor who plays Loki on stage.
