Elektra Returns for Deadpool 3

Actor Jennifer Garner is set to return to the role of Marvel's Elektra according to The Hollywood Reporter.

She'll be appearing in the upcoming Deadpool 3, reprising the role she previously played in Daredevil and Elektra.

The movie already features Ryan Reynolds in the title role and Hugh Jackman as Wolverine, two tentpole characters from 20th Century Studios' suite of Marvel characters. One wonders if this movie is lining up to be another multiverse tale laden with fan-serviced cameos.

Garner previously worked with Reynolds and the film's director Shawn Levy on the 2022 film The Adam Project.

Deadpool 3 is targeting a May 2024 release.
