Isle of the Dead adds Gaius Charles
The Walking Dead's spin-off series Isle Of The Dead has a new cast member. Deadline reports that Gaius Charles (Taken) is joining the cast that is top-lined by Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Lauren Cohan. He'll play Izaak, who is described as "confident, ruthless, and unyielding in the pursuit of what he believes is justice, with the force of his will and his menace." The new series finds Maggie and Negan on a quest through Manhattan, now disconnected from the mainland U.S. The new series debuts on AMC next year.

Shazam! 2 to Release A Week Later
Deadline reports that the DCEU sequel Shazam! Fury of the Gods just updated its release date by less than a week. Warner Bros. has move the release from December 16 to December 21. The reason: Disney just announced that Avatar: The Way of Water is opening on the 16th and Warner wants the superhero film to have a clear path to success the next week.
