Marvel's Cloak & Dagger
Cloak & Dagger is the 2018 live action TV series developed by Marvel Television for Freeform network, based on the Marvel Comics characters of the same name, created by Bill Mantlo and Ed Hannigan.
Tandy Bowen (Olivia Holt) and Tyrone Johnson (Aubrey Joseph) come from starkly different backgrounds, each growing up with a secret they never dared share with another soul. Tandy Bowen watched as her family was destroyed by a disastrous storm that uprooted her life, and when everything he held close was taken away, life taught Tyrone to be afraid. When each acquires superhuman powers, his rooted in darkness, hers in light, they find they provide the balance the other needs.
Holt and Joseph are joined by cast members Emma Lahan, Gloria Rueben, Andrea Roth and J.D. Evermore. The series was developed for television by Joe Pokaski.
The series aired on Freeform and Hulu for two season. Holt and Joseph reprised the roles in a crossover with Marvel's Runaways and as voice actors on Marvel's Spider-Man.
