Hit-Monkey is the Hulu animated TV series based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name created by Daniel Way and Dalibor Talajic.
The series setup involves a mortally-wounded hitman named Bryce (Jason Sudeikis) who is adopted by a clan of Japanese macaque monkeys. When Bryce dies one monkey embarks on a mission of vengeance, guided by Bryce's ghost. Olivia Munn and George Takei also provide voices.
Josh Gordon and Will Speck developed the show for the streamer.
One of the last Marvel few offerings that's not coming from Marvel Studios is getting an extended run, as Hit-Monkey has been re-upped for a second season by Hulu.
