Three new movies launch as an iconic series winds down in this sweet-dreams-are-made-of-this round up of C2Fs coming the week of November 13, 2022.
November 13
Series Finale The Walking Dead season 11, episode 24, "Rest in Peace," available on AMC+. The walkers carve their bloody path across the Commonwealth. They overrun the people mercilessly and cut a deadly swath through the city. Meanwhile, Mercer is stuck in prison until Max and Princess free him. Together with Ezekiel (Khary Payton), Maggie and the others, he now has to fight not only against Pamela and her followers, but also against the army of the walkers.
The Walking Dead season 11, episode 23, "Family," airs on AMC. Mercer secretly brings Eugene to Max and Yumiko. He is said to be hiding in an apartment until further action has been clarified. Meanwhile, a group led by Maggie, Negan and Daryl take the train to take down Pamela for good. They bring the missing people back to the Commonwealth. There, an angry crowd is already protest in front of Pamela's office and demanding.
November 15
Home Video Premiere R.I.P.D. 2: Rise of the Damned available on Blu Ray. The Wild West has gone to Hell, literally, and the world's best hope of being saved lies in the gun-slinging hands of Sheriff Roy Pulsipher as he becomes the newest officer for the Rest In Peace Department (R.I.P.D.) enforcing the afterlife's laws. If the Old West was wild while he was alive, wait until Roy sees how weird it gets once he dies. Roy thought joining the R.I.P.D. would give him a chance to revisit his daughter and solve the mystery of his murder. Instead, he has his holsters full with havoc and hellfire when he's given a mission to stop a dangerous demon from opening a portal to the underworld. The fate of the living and the dead now depends on Roy and his partner Jeanne, a mysterious swordswoman, as cowboys clash with creatures and undead insanity unleashes apocalyptic chaos.
Doom Patrol the complete third season, available on Blu Ray. The culmination of Dorothy's confrontation with the Candlemaker leads to a devastating loss. The Doom Patrol is at a difficult crossroads and each member struggles to face who they are and who they want to be. And things get a whole lot more complicated when Madame Rouge arrives in a time machine with a very specific mission, if only she could remember it.
November 16
DC's Stargirl season 3, episode 11, "Frenemies – Chapter Eleve: The Haunting," airs on The CW. As Courtney, Sylvester and the JSA plot to take down a major threat, the arrival of someone from their past sends shock waves through the town.
November 17
Theatrical Premiere (Italy) Diabolik - Ginko all'attacco! available in Theaters. Diabolik finds himself in the cross-hairs of a very determined Inspector Ginko.
Titans season 4, episode 4, "Super Super Mart," available on HBO Max. The Titans team up to solve problems. (Synopsis unavailable).
Pennyworth: The Origin of Batman's Butler season 3, episode 09, "Rag Trade," available on HBO Max. I suspect the maid is palming some of your Batarangs. I shall have her made redundant, sir. (Synopsis unavailable).
November 18
Streaming Premiere Slumberland available on Netflix. Adapting Winsor McCay's Little Nemo in Slumberland: A young girl discovers a secret map to the dreamworld of Slumberland, and with the help of an eccentric outlaw, she traverses dreams and flees nightmares, with the hope that she will be able to see her late father again.
