Facing new pressures from Dr. Palomar (guest star Adrienne Barbeau) and the CDC, Abby returns to Atlanta, only to be confronted by Nathan Ellery (guest star Michael Beach) and the Conclave. Matt learns the truth about Avery Sunderland.
