August 29
The Walking Dead season 11, episode 3, "Hunted" available on AMC+. Maggie's mission team gets separated and hunted by the Reapers. Carol, Rosita, Magna and Kelly attempt to catch horses for Alexandria. Judith, RJ, Hershel and Gracie cope with their parents going away.
The Walking Dead season 11, episode 2, "Acheron: Part II" airs on AMC. The group discovers a member did not make it to safety inside the subway car. Surrounded by walkers, going back out into the tunnel to search is a guaranteed death wish. All eyes are on Negan as the rule of survival shifts. It is no longer No Man Left Behind. The motto now is "We Keep Going." With very little ammo and energy remaining, the group must ready themselves as the walkers have found a way inside the subway train. Meanwhile, Daryl is in his own intense hellish situation trying to find Dog and finding more than he expected; and Yumiko challenges the process at the Commonwealth outpost, which threatens her future and that of Eugene, Ezekiel, and Princess.
DC's Legends of Tomorrow season 6, episode 14, "There Will Be Brood" airs on The CW. When Astra and Spooner find themselves as stowaways, they learn that Constantine is still chasing the Fountain of Imperium and find themselves in 1920s Texas. With the rest of the Legends stranded, they come up with a plan to get help by using Rory as bait that will also help reunite him with something that is special to him. Meanwhile, Spooner learns some information about her past that she wasn’t expecting.

Fear The Walking Dead season 6 available on Blu-Ray. As the survivors grapple with Virginia's world order, a new threat emerges from a doomsday cult who have to tools to make their dire prophecy a reality.
DC's Stargirl season 2, episode 4, "Summer School Chapter 4" airs on The CW. As Pat considers whether he should come clean to Courtney about Eclipso’s past, a surprise visit from Crock and Paula catches him and Barbara off guard. A tense run-in with The Shade provides Courtney with some valuable information. Finally, Cindy makes her move.
Supergirl season 6, episode 09, "Dream Weaver" airs on The CW. Kelly meets Joey , a young orphaned alien boy, who is acting out in foster care because he fears there is something wrong with his brother Orlando, who is incarcerated. Kelly asks Kara to help her investigate and they stumble upon abuse at the prison. Meanwhile, Nyxly crashes one of Nia’s dreams and asks her for help.
September 1
Marvel Studios' Legends season 1, episode 13, "The Ten Rings" available on Disney+. Get ready for Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings as the recap show catches you up on the underlying mythology as it has been seen thus far in the MCU.
Marvel Studios' What If...? season 1, episode 4 available on Disney+. Disney+ keeps us guessing -- and this is just a guess -- and we were wrong last week but we're gonna try again -- perhaps it'll be the Marvel Zombies episode this week.
Riverdale season 5, episode 14, "The Night Gallery" airs on The CW. Cheryl enlists the help of Archie, Kevin, Fangs and Reggie after she learns there is palladium underneath her maple groves. Meanwhile, Betty and Alice confront a trucker who may have been involved in Polly’s disappearance. Elsewhere, Jughead and Archie each confront events from their past. Mädchen Amick directed the episode.

Feature Film Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings arrives in theaters. The true story of the army of the ten rings, and the young heir out to stop them, is finally told as the first, all-new, big-screen Marvel hero in years arrives.
Dark Phoenix available on Disney+. The second attempt to boil the Dark Phoenix saga down to a feature film, free to stream for subscribers.
Titans season 3, episode 6, "Lady Vic" available on HBO Max. The told us this was coming last week, but for real this time: Crane enlists the help of lethal assassin Lady Vic, who has a troubled history with Dick and Barbara. Meanwhile, Kory and Gar bring Blackfire back to Wayne Manor.
Spidey and his Amazing Friends season 1, episode 4, "Mother’s Day Mayhem / Not-So-Fun House" available on Disney Junior and Disney Channel. Doc Ock’s escape from jail interrupts the Spidey Team’s Mother’s Day picnic. Then, Miles must make big decisions to save his mom from Green Goblin’s not-so-fun-funhouse.
