Black (Film)

Black is a planned Warner Bros. live-action feature film based on the Black Mask Studios comic or the same name created by Kwanza Osajyefo and Tim Smith 3.

Bryan Edward Hill, known for producing Titans has written a script for the movie. The core hook of the comic book is the question: what if only black people had super powers. Kareem Jenkins is a black teenager who survives an violent incident, only to realize he is super human. The property was initially optioned by Studio 8. 

Jeff Robinov, Guy Danella and John Graham are producing for Studi 8. Matteo Pizzolo and Brett Gurewitz are producing for Black Mask Studios. Osajyefo and Smith are also co-producing.
