The New Mutants | TV Spot: Was That a Demon Bear?!

Dani Moonstar things Dr. Reyes isn't trying to help her fellow inmates get better in this latest TV ad for The New Mutants, which offers a quick glimpse of the Demon Bear. The film arrives in theaters April 3rd.

The New Mutants is directed by Josh Boone (The Fault in our Stars) from a script he co-wrote with Knate Lee, both self-described fans of the comics.

The cast includes Anya Taylor-Joy as Magik, Maisie Williams as Wolfsbane, Charlie Heaton as Cannonball, Henry Zaga as Sunspot, Blu Hunt as Mirage and Alice Braga as Cecilia Reyes. The film reshapes the comic book story with horror overtones. Instead of being educated at an upstate school the five young mutants are imprisoned in a secret asylum-like facility.
