Little Nema (Marlow Barkley) leaves reality behind and explores the world of dreams with Flip (Jason Momoa) in this second official trailer for Slumberland. Watch this Friday on Netflix.

Slumberland is the 2022 live-action Netflix feature film based on the comic strip Little Nemo in Slumberland by Winsor McCay.

Barkley (Single Parents) stars as Nema, a gender-swapped version of Little Nemo. Momoa also stars as Flip, Nema's mischievous companion. Also starring are Weruche Opia (I May Destroy You), India de Beaufort (Veep), Kyle Chandler (Godzilla vs. Kong), Chris O'Dowd (Thor: The Dark World) and Humberly Gonzalez (Nurses).

Netflix provides this synopsis: A young girl discovers a secret map to the dreamworld of Slumberland, and with the help of an eccentric outlaw, she traverses dreams and flees nightmares, with the hope that she will be able to see her late father again.

Francis Lawrence (The Hunger Games) directs from a script by David Guion and Michael Handelman (Night at the Museum: Secret of the Tomb).

Producing are Peter Chernin, Jenno Topping, David Ready and Francis Lawrence. Executive producers are Guion, Handelman and Ray Angelic.
