Sabrina the Teenage Witch is the 1996 live-action TV series based on the Archie Comics Publications character of the same name.
Hart stars as Sabrina Spellman who discovers on her sixteenth birthday that she is a witch. Her aunts Hilda (Caroline Rhea) and Zelda (Beth Broderick) mentor her in witchcraft. Sabrina also has a talking black cat named Salem (Nick Bakay), who is actually a warlock trapped in a feline body as punishment for abusing his powers.
The series was created by Nell Scovell and developed by Jonathan Schmock. It was extremely successful, running for four seasons on ABC and then three more on The WB.
