Prime Video Cancels Paper Girls
Prime Video's newly-launched comics-based series Paper Girls has been thrown to the recycling bin just six weeks after its debut.
Deadline reports that the heavily-promoted series is getting the axe from the streamer. While it garnered positive reviews on aggregator sites, that apparently didn't amount to enough audience interest to continue the show.
However, the producers at Legendary Television have vowed to try to shop the series to a new outlet, so all hope is not lost for fans.
