Paper Girls is a planned Amazon Prime Video TV series based on the Image Comics series of the same name by Brian K. Vaughan and Cliff Chiang.
Camryn Jones is playing the smooth-talking and ambitious Tiffany. Riley Lai Nelet is Erin, an immigrant torn between her family's culture and America's. Sofia Rosinsky is set to play Mac, the glass-shattering first female paper delivery person in the town of Stony Stream. Fina Strazza is KJ, a kid from the upper class girl struggling to fit in. The cast also includes Ali Wong, Nate Corddry and Adina Porter.
Prime Video provides this synopsis: "It's the day after Halloween in 1988 when four young friends accidentally stumble into an intergalactic battle and find themselves inexplicably transported to the year 2019. When they come face-to-face with their adult selves, each girl discovers her own strengths as together they try to find a way back to the past while saving the world of the future."
Christopher C. Rogers is the showrunner on the series. Steven Prinz is producing. Vaughn and Chiang are executive producers.
