Steve Niles, creator of The October Faction comic cross-interviews Damian Kindler, creator of October Faction, the Netflix TV series. They explore the punk ethos and flannel frocks of their craft in this installment of IDW Shop Talk. The series is now available for streaming.

The October Faction is the 2020 Netflix TV series based on the comics by Steve Niles and Damien Worm and published by IDW Publishing.

The story focuses on the Allen family. To the twin teens Viv (Aurora Burghart) and Geoff (Gabriel Darku), their parents seem like boring insurance sales reps. Life goes sideways when they discover Mom (Tamara Taylor) and Dad (J.C. MacKenzie) are monster hunters for a secret agency. While the parents want to retire, the kids are drawn into the dark family business.
