Marvel Super Hero Squad

Marvel Super Hero Squad is an animated TV series geared at younger viewers and based on a toy line from Hasbro which in turn features most all the heroes of the Marvel Universe (with the notable exception of Spider-Man, whose animation rights were held by Sony Pictures).

Debuting in 2009 on Cartoon Network, the show featured a core Squad of Iron Man, The Falcon, Hulk, Thor, Wolverine and the Silver Surfer. The core storyline had Doctor Doom forming the Lethal Legion, a team of super villains, with the goal being to obtain the Infinity Sword.

The second season featured Thanos and his quest for the Infinity Gems.

The voice cast included Tom Kenny as Iron Man, Alimi Ballard as The Falcon, Travis Willingham as Hulk, Dave Boat as Thor, Steve Blum as Wolverine and Mike Kelley as the Silver Surfer. The show had a huge roster of guest characters with an equally amazing list of guest voices including names like Ty Burrell, Robert Englund, LeVar Burton, Mark Hamill, Lena Headey, Tricia Helfer, Katie Sackhoff and many more.

Marvel Super Hero Squad ran for two season.
