Heathcliff (1980 Animated Series)

Heathcliff (aka Heathcliff and Dingbat, aka Heathcliff and Marmaduke) is the 1980 ABC Network animated TV series based on the comic strips Heathcliff, by George Gately, and Marmaduke by Brad Anderson.

Season one found the comic-strip cat in alternating segments with an original concept called Dingbat and the Creeps. 

The second season dropped Dingbat in favor of animated segments featuring Marmaduke the dog.

The series ran for two seasons and a total of 26 episodes.
