Here's the first quick look look at Netflix's much-anticipated Ghost in the Shell: SAC_2045 anime. The show is produced by I.G and Sola Digital Arts.

Ghost in the Shell: SAC_2045 is the 2020 CGI-anime produced by Netflix based on the Masamune Shirow's manga.

In the year 2045, after a global financial crisis, the world is engulfed in an AI-driven "sustainable war". Hired as a mercenary unit, Major Motoko Kusanagi leads a reformed Public Security Section 9 to face off against new strains of cybercrime and the sudden appearance of "Post-Human," a being with tremendous intelligence and physical capabilities.

Kenji Kamiyama and Shinji Aramaki are the directors of the series. Ilya Kuvshinov is credited with character designs.
