King of Killers Gets TV Prequel
Red Sea Media are developing a live-action TV-series based on the King of Killers graphic novel franchise, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The series will serve as a prequel to the King of Killers movie, which is written and directed by the book's creator Kevin Grevioux.
Alain Moussi, who appears in the feature, will topline the series.
James Bamford and Christina Laughlin are attached as showrunners.
Grevioux is well-known as the creator of Sony's Underworld franchise. The multi-hyphenate creator is also producing the film and series, as well as acting in the film. He's also the founder of Darkstorm Comics, the original publisher of the work. The movie details an alliance of international spies and assassins trying to smoke out a criminal organization known as The Source.
