Locke & Key 2 Ranks on Netflix's new Top 10 List
Netflix has unveiled a new website for publicizing its own content rankings. The initial site at top10.netflix.com has the numbers up to and including the week of November 8 - 14. Rather, it includes four charts: Film (English), Film (Non-English), TV (English) and TV (Non-English).
Of course, this site is interested in comic-based fare, and showing up on the TV (English) charts is season two of Locke & Key. The season is enjoying its fourth week on the chart, gathering 18.7 million minutes of viewership. That earned it the #7 spot on that chart, down four notches from #3.
No other comics-to-film properties ranked at the streamer for that period.
The Batman Animated Series Gets Blu-Ray Release
Fans of the 2004 animated TV series The Batman will have a chance to add the complete series to their library soon. Warner Home Video has set a February 1, 2022 release date for the Blu-Ray release of the collection. The series ran for five seasons. The voice cast was topped by Rino Romano, Jerry O'Connell and Kellie Martin, and featured fan-fave guess like Ming-Na Wen, Chris Pratt, Brandon Routh and Mark Hamill. The series also had a spinoff movie, Batman vs. Dracula, but we've learned that it is not part of the content for this release.
