Ninja Turtles Animated Reboot Gets Release Date
Producer Seth Rogen tweeted out an image today that looks like it reveals the release date for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Animated Reboot film that he is working on. The image is a page from Leonardo's science notebook dated August 11, 2023, which we understand is the release date for the film. The notebook also contains a doodles of Shredder, a face that could be Baxter Stockman, a mutagen capsule, a sword, notes on elements whose symbols spell "TmNTe," and a margin note to "Apologize to April." Finally there are class schedules for Mikey, Raph and Donnie, so we're left wondering if the new film will have a school theme.
Rogen is producing with Evan Goldberg and James Weaver under their Point Grey shingle. Jeff Rowe, writer of The Mitchells vs The Machines is directing. Brendan O'Brien (Neighbors) is writing the script.
