Batwoman 3 Casts Renee Montoya

Gotham City Police Department detective Renee Montoya will appear in season three of Batwoman, according to a report from Deadline. Interestingly, the role will be filled by Victoria Cartagena who has already played the role on the TV series Gotham (which is not part of The CW's "Arrowverse"). The character will be an ally to the titular hero. Montoya was created for Batman: The Animated Series and portrayed most recently by Rosie Perez in the Birds Of Prey movie. The character has, for a period, taken on the mantle of the hero known as The Question.
