Gen V Gets Season 2 Nod

While we still don't have a firm release date for the premiere of Gen V, the spinoff of The Boys has already been given a green light for season two.

Deadline reports that Prime Video is happy with the way season one has shaped up that they have started staffing the writers room for the next run.

Michele Fazekas, who is co-showrunner on season one, will be the sole showrunner on season two. Tara Butters, the other co-showrunner, will be leaving the series to focus on family time.

The new series is set at Godolkin University (or God U), a Vought-owned training ground for young supes.

Gen V is set to debut some time this year.
