Netflix to Adapt DC/Vertigo's Bodies

Deadline reports that Netflix is developing a series adaptation of the DC/Vertigo comics series Bodies, which was written by Si Spencer. Writer Paul Tomalin (Torchwood) is developing the series along with writer/actor Danusia Samal (Ghost In The Shell). Marco Kreutzpaintner is directing the initial episode. Jaolu Wang is also directing episodes. Tomalin and Kreutzpainter are executive producers. Will Gould and Frith Tiplady are producing under their Moonage Pictures banner. The story involves four London detectives from four different time periods -- the 1890s, the 1940s, the 2010s and the 2050s -- all somehow investigating the same murder.
