Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze is the direct sequel to 1990's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
The new movie finds the same cast of heroes squaring off against Shredder once again. This time Shredder has access to the mutagen, and manages to create to creature combatants of his own: Tokka and Rhazar, a wolf and turtle creature.
