Lois and Clark: The New Adventures of Superman is the 1993 ABC Network live-action TV series adapting the DC Comics characters of Lois Lane and Superman.
The show focuses on the romantic pairing of twenty-something Daily Planet reporters Lois Lane (Teri Hatcher) and the newly-arrived Clark Kent (Dean Cain) who is (of course) also Superman. The show also starred Lane Smith, Michael Landes, Justin Whalin, Tracy Scottins and John Shea.
Deborah Joy LeVine developed the series, which was well-received by fans, critics and general audiences. It ran for four seasons and a total of 88 episodes.
