Constantine is the 2014 NBC TV series based on the DC/Vertigo character John Constantine.
Matt Ryan stars as a con man and paranormal investigator wrestling with demons both internal and external. The show also starred Angelica Celaya, Charles Halford, Harold Perrineau, Jeremy Davies and Emmett J. Scanlan.
The series was developed by Daniel Cerone and David Goyer. It ran for a single season of 13 episodes before being cancelled by the network. However, the effort was well liked and Ryan later reprised the role on Arrow, and then as a series regular on DC's Legends Of Tomorrow, as well as in the animated spin-off Constantine: City of Demons.
