May 1
Season Premiere DC's Legends of Tomorrow season 6, episode 1, "Ground Control to Sara Lance" airs on The CW. After a night of celebrating their beating the Fates, the Legends quickly discover that Sara is missing. Trying to keep it together, the Legends are shocked to discover that she was taken by Aliens. Ava sends Rory and Behrad to follow a lead on who can possibly help them find Sara, while Constantine tries to work his magic. Meanwhile, Sara does all she can to try to escape, which includes releasing Aliens into the timeline, but is shocked to learn who one of her kidnappers turns out to be.
Batwoman season 2, episode 12, "Initiate Self-Destruct" airs on The CW. Ryan is faced with a difficult decision that could expose her as Batwoman, creating a rift in the Bat Team. Meanwhile, Black Mask's plans for Kate Kane begin to unfold. Alice is reunited with someone from her past, and Sophie must decide where her loyalty lies.
Fear the Walking Dead season 6, episode 11, "The Holding" airs on AMC. An infiltration turns rescue mission as members of the group dig deeper into an underground community.

300 becomes available on Peacock.tv. Zack Snyder's epic green screen adaptation of Frank Miller's uber-masculine graphic novel.
300: Rise of an Empire becomes available on HBO Max. This less well-regarded sequel film adapts Frank Miller's less-well-regarded sequel graphic novel.
Black Lightning season 4, episode 10, "The Book of Reunification: Chapter One" airs on The CW. Black Lightning sends Gambi an SOS. Meanwhile, Lynn finds herself in some serious trouble.
May 4
The Flash season 7, episode 8, "The People V. Killer Frost" airs on The CW. With Frost facing an unjust punishment for her past crimes, Caitlin goes to great lengths to save her sister. Meanwhile, Barry’s efforts to protect Speed Force Nora lead to a shocking discovery.
Supergirl season 6, episode 6, "Prom Again!" airs on The CW. Part two of the flashback episodes pick up where things left off – Young Kara experiences kryptonite for the first time, Nia and Brainy are trapped by invading aliens, and a young Cat Grant may be the reason Supergirl never gets out of the Phantom Zone. Chyler Leigh directed the episode.

Fear the Walking Dead season 6, episode 12, "In Dreams" available early for subscribers on AMC+. Grace (Karen David) wakes up with a case of amnesia and sees what has become of her friends after she has been gone for years, and she struggles to put the puzzle pieces together on what has transpired.
May 7
Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer available on Disney+. This more ambitious and more-enjoyable raises the stakes over its predecessor, introducing the Silver Surfer to Marvel's first family.
Series Debut Jupiter's Legacy available on Netflix. Mark Millar's sweeping, multi-generational superhero epic is adapted as an ambitious series launching a new universe on the streaming service.
