Mid-Season Finale Wynonna Earp - season 4, episode 6, "Holy War: Part 2" airs on SYFY. The gang races to save one of their own, but are hindered by unseen forces. Wynonna Earp goes on a hiatus after this episode. The remaining six episodes are planned for production later in 2020.
September 1
Son of the Mask - available HBO Max. Jamie Kennedy steps into some big, cartoon shoes in this ill-fated sequel to the Dark Horse Entertainment hit. While not on par with the original, this sequel has some very watchable F/X moments.
V for Vendetta - available HBO Max. Based on Alan Moore's graphic novel, this movie about rebelling against government oppression has become the rallying cry of larping activists everywhere.
Wanted - available Hulu. The graphic novel undergoes some radical changes to become a hit movie that failed to launch a franchise. Watch for a brief appearance by not-yet-a-star Chris Pratt.
Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surver - available Starz. More action-packed than the original, here's the sequel that finds Marvel's First Family battling the threat of a space cloud.

Series Return The Boys - season 2, episodes 1, 2 and 3 available on Amazon Prime. One of the most-watched shows on Prime, this massively-entertaining take down of super-hero tropes returns for its gnarly, vulgar and unapologetic second season. Prime is doling out the show with weekly episode release, but kicking things off with a three-pack.
Prime Rewind: Inside The Boys - season 1, episode 2 available on Amazon Prime. Aisha Tyler hosts this talk show unpacking the events of the first three episodes of The Boys.
The Wolverine available on Disney+. A massive improvement over its predecessor, director James Mangold explores Logan's time in Japan in this gritty continuation of Hugh Jackman's most iconic role.
